Refund policy

At yamiworks, we take pride in offering authentic and high-quality automotive components. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

In-Stock Items

  • You may return eligible in-stock products within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
    • All accessories, documentation, and packaging must be intact
    • You must contact us at yami@yami-works.com to request a return authorization before shipping the item back
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Special Orders

  • All special orders require a non-refundable deposit and are final sale. These include items ordered from the manufacturer on your behalf, such as wheels, seats, and made-to-order components.
  • No returns, cancellations, or changes will be accepted for special orders once the order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective:
    • Contact us at yami@yami-works.com within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
    • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order or custom items
  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Opened or damaged packaging

Return Address

  • Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
